A Simple Dinner for Two (GF, Low-Carb)

Do you remember the cabbage rounds I roasted and topped with fried eggs? Yesterday, just for fun, I made a variation on that same theme. The result? A simple (and magnificent) one-skillet dinner for two! First, cut 6 strips of bacon crosswise in half, and fry them in a large skillet over medium-low heat until they’re brown and crisp.
